The anonymity                   of the system could allow terrorists to profit from their own                   planned attacks. This dreadful idea was killed today in the                   Senate. Thankfully, the Democrats are rolling with this today,                   and Senator Joe Biden got to tear Paul Wolfowitz a new one                   in committee today.
